1. What you're buying
$5 unlocks your personalized job plan immediately and for good. It's a one-time payment — there's no subscription, no trial and no recurring charges. This is a digital product delivered instantly online.
2. All sales are final
Because your plan is delivered in full the moment you pay, the $5 purchase is non-refundable. There's nothing recurring and nothing to cancel — you pay once and keep access.
3. If a charge went wrong
The one exception: if you were double-charged, hit a technical failure, or never got access, contact us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund it — no hoops. Refunds go back to your original payment method (bank timing: usually 5–10 business days).
4. Before disputing a charge with your bank
Please write to support@jobsprintapp.com first — we resolve billing issues faster than a chargeback (usually within 1–2 business days), and we honor everything in this policy.
