This policy explains what JobSprint collects, why, and the choices you have. Short version: we collect what we need to build and deliver your job plan, we never sell your personal data, and you can ask us to delete it at support@jobsprintapp.com.
1. What we collect
Quiz answers (your goals, situation and preferences — used to compute your plan). Your email (to deliver your plan, create your account and send you sign-in codes). Optionally, the city where you're job-hunting (to show live listings) and your in-report activity: chosen target job, completed steps, jobs you mark as applied.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — only the payment status and identifiers Stripe gives us.
2. How we use it
To generate your personalized plan, unlock and deliver it after payment, keep your progress in sync across devices, send transactional email (your plan, sign-in codes) and a weekly progress email you can stop with one click from any of those emails.
3. Analytics and advertising
We use PostHog for product analytics (how the funnel performs), and — when we run ad campaigns — the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok pixels to measure whether our ads work (e.g. that a quiz was completed or a purchase happened). These tools use cookies or similar identifiers. You can limit ad tracking in your Meta/TikTok account settings and in your browser.
4. Who processes your data
Service providers acting on our instructions: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), PostHog (analytics), SerpApi (live job listings — we send only the job title and city you chose, never your identity), and Meta/TikTok (ad measurement, when campaigns are active).
We never sell your personal data.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep your report and account while your account exists so you can return to your plan. Email support@jobsprintapp.com from your account email to delete your account and data — we honor deletion requests within 30 days.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA; you may exercise your access/deletion rights via the email above without discrimination.
7. Children
The Service is for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
